2010 Marks the 21st Anniversary of the Annandale Troupe.The Annandale Troupe was started 21 years ago by Katharine Aldrich and Natalie Lunn.
The Troupe’s first home was on the Bard College campus where it remained until 2002 when the camp moved to Vassar until 2006. In 1999 the camp started moving to Wing’s Castle in Millbrook during production week for rehearsals and performances.
In 2007 the Annandale Troupe took up residence at Wing’s castle. Peter Wing, keeper of the castle, desires to perform plays of his own creation. The Annandale Troupe thanks Peter and Tony for their generosity and ten years of Shakespeare at the castle. With its folio under its arm the Troupe is moving to the Dutchess Day School to continue bringing Shakespeare to those children wishing to experience the joys of a player.
